Meet Sansky!

A newbie runner were looking for a club near their area. Browsed at www.takbo.ph and there she found the RB.

We met at Ultra and had some introductions and pointers about running. A simple interview why and how she get in to running. At the very start of the stretching, Sanksy contributed a simple exercise… “butt exercise”. Hahaha and pugs loves it!

Sansky, thanks for joining our team and we hope that you’ll enjoy running with us. Learn the basics of running as well as earn the health benefits of it. Let’s join together to the world of running!

By the way, when do you plan to join a race event? A 3K or 5K? Let’s just settle first of completing such distance. Don’t mind the speed, we’ll be there soon. Happy running!

  3. good Luck Sansky!!!! I suggest you skip the 3k and go straight to 5k.. You can jog/walk anytime during your 5k route if you need to. Just aim for the distance. Once you finish your 1st ever 5k, you’ll start telling yourself that you can do better than that… Then you’ll join 10k, finish it. Push your limits and join 15k, finish it and join 21k and so on.. sobra na yata hehe…

  4. kokoy, gusto mo na ba akong mamatay?? hehehehe till 3k muna then for sure i will be accelerated to 21k harharhar…..

  5. ei guys…newbie here… been running for 3 weeks wahehehehe (every tuesday lang then absent pa me nong 2nd week harhar bagsak sa attendance buti di strict sina teacher)…… thnks guys ….. tnks to sansky.. sa lhat ng influence e eto lang ang GI wahehehehehe
